Always worth the time to listen to Amanda Rae on Sundays. I learn new stuff each chat from others and her comments/answers. I’m not always on time, but it’s the showing up that counts. I’d love to see you take additional psych courses, you already help so many people.

Hi Amanda I was watching u on cult consciousness and the advice u liked was a two year wait to work out who u are. I totally agree. Whether it’s a shorter time. I was in an abusive childhood and it affected my thinking in a relationship. It does make us think maybe I’m the problem. I love that you are catching on quickly and I really hope you find the right man. I mean I don’t pay them no mind anymore I love my space and I’m older and relish my time with my children 😂 and their kids. So u r right when we experience conflict in life we doubt ur thoughts. Listening to u brought back memories of the crap I went through rethinking too much. Plus we didn’t have the help that is available now. U deserve too be happy and enjoy real love 🥰 🇦🇺 we can go a lifetime and not understand stuff but there is one man for me and that is the big god 👊🇦🇺

I'm very honest, and I totally overshare to the point where I've gotten in trouble at work. To be fair, he asked how I was, so he learned not to ask, and I learned not to talk to him as much as possible. However, I find MOST people appreciate how authentic I am. I mostly don't gaf how ppl use my truth "against me" because they only "win" if they manipulate you into reacting. This is why gray rocking works so well. When there's nobody hitting the ball back and forth, they quit their tennis match. When there is no reaction to cruelty, it just exposes them as dramatic or stirring up shit.

This is the perspective I feel like I’m having lately…like if they really want to use your truth against you BUT you own your shit…can they ever really use any info against you? I also appreciate seeing when people do this to me because it helps me realize…oh that’s the kind of person you are…cool lol I’ll go over here

Love this episode! Look into the book, Passive-Aggressive Covert Narcissist. It's on Audible. You'll love it.
