I used audacity to corrupt bitmap data for a total typography assignment a few months back. It was the same import process but then recompiling the bitmap at the end. Was a lot of fun.

I think some people are not fully understanding how hard it is to make good noise music. It isn't just adding random raw data files and paulstretching it. That's just one way to get cool noises and most of the time many more effects and other editing happens to make shit. So yeah. It's not just this easy haha.

For example, some other good ways to make noise music are by making feedback, abusing musical instruments, etc etc. Basically, just trying random shit and seeing what produces the kind of results you are looking for.
