@@mycgtutor but I got a problem, whenever I select the parent constraint, the object moves towards the rig I selected , which is the wrist, instead of staying with the hand. How do I fix that?

Make sure "Maintain offset" is selected in the Parent Constraint Options window.

i did this, for a gun and magazine, for the gun, it came good, for the magazine, the blend parent is 0 but still it is attached to the character, there is no other constrains for the mgazines and no keys except the one set key which i give while constraining

So im doing a box lifting animation and the box moves / glitches away from ghe original position after keyframing but i didnt touch it. i already froze transformations and deleted history. Can anyone help me
