Great stuff! I was working on map Apple motion templates one or two years ago (that I never published), and you've covered a significant part of the process here. Just be aware that there are many map projections (like Mercator, Miller, etc.) and depending on where you get the background map and the SVG, they may not match due to different projections being used. I'm not a fan of keyframes and tend to look for alternative solutions, as I don't find keyframes versatile enough for user customisation and publishing. For example, I would have applied a randomisation parameter to the outline's opacity to create a flickering effect. Keep up the good work and keep posting! (A comprehensive, in-depth tutorial on the camera in Apple Motion is really lacking on KZbin; it would be greatly appreciated. 😉)

Thanks for writing a great feedback. I actually don’t know any map projections 😅, thank you for the information. Definitely, keyframes is not user customizable, that is why I wonder if I should approach my tutorials as a template maker or for people who just do motion graphics. The randomize behavior will really work. I will try to make a tutorial for the 3d camera in Motion. Thanks again

I might check first your camera settings, especially the depth of field part.
