Oh yes, most definitely! I have been making videos for Cartoon Animator for years - this buffalo video was created in Cartoon Animator 4 long before Cartoon Animator 5 came out. The functions needed to make the animals talk are basically the same in 5 as they were in 4. Hope that helps. Diana

Yes, I will do many more lessons - I am trying to do a lesson on each lesson I am learning - but with the holidays, I have been hit with a great deal of work and family plans and have not had time to complete training videos. I will do one as soon as things lighten up a bit. Diana

Fab - you can make all the animal parts move just like you would a human - it just takes time to separate each part that you want to move and create the joints so they would move seamlessly and look natural.

Yes, these images in this tutorial are my photographs - you can prepare your own images and use them just like I have done.

The talking animal was created using Cartoon Animator 4 Pipeline version (version 5 just came out). The video was created using Camtasia 2022. Both can be purchased and downloaded to Windows 10. I hope this helps - Diana

Hi :) Great tutorial :D How did u make the background of the head transparent?

There is software that will do it (but I never found they worked very well) - I normally just draw around it in Photoshop using the Polygonal Lasso Tool which locks on each click, being sure you connect the start and end points, then click the "inverse" button so the background is the part that is selected, select a 1 pixel feather then click your delete key. The software is too expensive. I bought it last year and haven't been able to use it yet and now they came out with version 5. upgrade to version 5 is not free.

Max - you can achieve the talking faces using 3, 4 or 5. I am just using 5 because it is the latest and I am learning it right along side you with my tutorials.
