1. A Vector Skirt is a Skirt made in a Vector Layer. 2. Yes, I will. Have been getting murdered by exams so I haven't had the chance to make Moho tutorials. 3. Vectors are layers made up of math. If you zoom even by 1000%, it'll still retain the quality because it is math. However, if you zoom a normal image (png, jpg, jpeg files) or bitmap layers, they'll appear blurry. Vectors are highly adjustable. That's why they're so good!

Ofc! I don't know when the tutorial is going to come out so: 1. Add a circle shape 2. Apply gaussian blur 3. Set the colour to peach/orange (the same colour as the flame of the candle) 4. Then set the blending mode to Screen/Soft Overlay/Pin Light and you're done!

Oh and if you want to keep everything else dark, you can just apply a Gradient Overlay effect or the Solid Color effect with the Blending Mode set to multiply of the Effect

Yes, if you want to use vector drawing, you can trace the Gacha skirt on a vector layer and animate it OR if you're animating a screenshot image of the skirt, I'd recommend the bend and wave warp effect.

Question: When I try to animate a tail for my character (it is basically a microphone on the end of a straight line) and I use the bend effect, it goes all weird and won't do what I want it to. No other tutorials help and I figure you're the best option for help here, so what can I do?

Make sure to Group the Tail first, that provides better results. Other than the bend, other effects are Wave Warp & Curl. I'd say, play with Wave warp and Bend Effect together and it'll provide better results.
