I use alight motion, it's pretty simple and the results are good if you know how to use the app.

​@@poripoku if you export it twice (one time with the watermark on the top/left and the second time on the bottom/right) you can use capcut's mask tool to get rid of the watermark entirely. you could probably use another app that has the same feature but i dont know any

I would start with Alight motion, it’s much easier and I’m ngl if you become good enough you may get the same effect, most of the things require a membership however you can use them for free by just watching ads! Practice makes perfect

This animation style and program remind me a LOT of flash animation. As someone who used to animate in flash and found transitioning to other things VERY HARD (other than 3d animation because I taught myself using MMD) this is like EXACTLY what I wanted

I use alight motion it’s very easy to animate there and tween draw different parts of your oc’s body and import it you can see different animation tuts of alight motion I recemend to watch Kazi aidah haque
