That shows them that you either just got sucked off by the lady at the front desk that everyone wants a go at or you came from the bathroom after taking a glorious pee and are still tucking your monster away. What you need to do is over research the job description, every single point, the look for similar companies advertising that job. Mention beforehand that you don't have the cademic experi nice but if you get enough grasp on the subject you will impress the interviews

This is great! By experience in working as a chemist and product developer for many years, what I continually see is people who interview well, just like this gentleman, however time after time, these people many times, turn out to be completely incompetent, and or complete A holes especially as supervisors. They have skills in fooling the less skilled interviewers who hear what they want to hear, and are snowed into hiring people with great experience in telling people what they want to hear. Great video to also learn skills in truly reading people. That comes from 40 years of seeing these guys win the job interview and then turn a peaceful ,happy workplace into pure unadulterated hell.
