I believe I finally figured it out.. I believe in your interview you have to be yourself.. Just let it flow naturally in STAR format.. That's how you make a connection with the recruiter I believe.

Hello! My name is Milan Lockett and I am wanting to become a flight attendant. What do I do if I have no experience as a flight attendant or any job that pertains to hospitality. I have experience as a working as a cashier for both burlington and five below. Do I need to get a job as a waitress or something to show that I have experience in customer service and hospitality or something like that? I have experience doing customer service from working at Burlington and more from working at Five Below. Any tips, tricks, words of wisdom is greatly appreciated.
