This was useful. I also think it adds value that when you say I bring attention to detail or integrity to the table that you give a very brief 1 or 2 line example of when you have done that. So for example, I saw attention to detail in the JD, I bring that to the table for example, when working with a customer around renewing a new commercial agreement, I noticed they had signed that last one under a different Framework, there had been a revised framework released in that year they weren't aware of so I was able to help them reduce thier operatimg costs by 100,,000 for each quarter the following year.

I call that “quantifying your impact” and it’s huge if you can do it well and align it with the job duties.

Idk why these type of jobs need to ask that question. The real reason most people.is gonna want to work at Wal-Mart is they need a job/money but saying that wont exactly get you hired
