Lol omg, as I was watching this, I was playing with my tarot deck, you asked I dropped a card and you asked "will he call? is going to keep harrasing me?" I looked at the card that fell and got that same card in upright position, this is fun, I like your version of Yes and No, I believe I liek doing things intuitively, so I might try your techniques. I love watching your videos. I also have no problem answering yes/no questions with tarot. It's acceptable for pendulum so why not for tarot. Like you said we do it in life everyday multiple times a day so why not with tarot. Do you have a video on how "you" determine time frame in a reading? I like to use time frames but am always interested in how other readers determine time like days, weeks, months, yrs, etc...

I'm just realizing I didn't answer the part about timeframe. I set an intention for timeframes before I shuffle. For instance, I'll just add to the end of the question...within 30 days, 60 days, 6 months, etc.. To get a specific timeframe (within one week), I just use playing cards. It's a much easier and more accurate process than intuiting with tarot.

You can,also test tarot ask it a question you already know the answer to and objectively see if the cards reflect the reality of the situation or not.....e.g I can ask tarot if my brother is divorced from his first wife obviously he is and see what cards come up to debunk or prove mysticism of tarot

I'm not in the business of debunking or proving tarot. Been using it for 30 years. It works. It will always reflect your own perceptions though. When asking yes/no questions of tarot, it is a good idea to determine verification cards first. Perhaps that's what you're alluding to.

Good question! If the court cards have facial expressions, personalities, and moods, then you can say what you see. Do they look happy, sad, angry, content? If I get a gloomy outcome card that seems to point towards a failed exam, Ill refer back to another card that looks like they are lacking in something like perserverance and tell them they need to concentrate more and the outcome shown here can be avoided ( just like what you suggested here )

I have an old deck and some of the meanings are quite rough and leave little room for sugarcoating them haha...Its a lot better to say its not written in stone and can be avoided too.

Hello, you say you pit a time frame on it how do you know how long before that person will contac you? How do you frame the timing?

For most readings I add a time frame, such as "Will he contact me in 30 days/3 months/6 months/1 year?" If I'm looking for an exact time period, I prefer to use playing cards. You first have to figure out if he will contact you at all. Let's say the answer you received was within 6 months. Then I can use my playing cards to get a more specific timeframe, usually down to a 2-week period.

What if the card comes in reverse? Is it yes or no?

It depends on how you interpret that particular reversed card. If you're adept at interpreting reversed cards, then you should be able to apply my examples in the video. If you're not adept at reversals, I would recommend reading without them for yes/no questions using my video method.

Great question Rose. That's a timing question. First of all, I include timeframes in my readings: Will this happen in the next 3 months, 6 months, etc. I don't go beyond a year. For more exact timing, I use my playing card system which is pretty accurate down to the week.

Yes I do, in the same way I mention in the video. But it helps if you have a storytelling deck where the court cards are not just static figures but are actually doing something. It isn't whether you SHOULD use a court card but whether you are ABLE to answer using a court card.

This is why yes/no questions in Tarot seem a bit "dangerous" to me because it gives the seeker a definitive answer rather than weighing the options with a thorough reading. Perhaps the Death card in your situation was simply indicating a change/transition in the evolution of your relationship at that time. Imagine if you read it as "yes" and left the person and the impact it could have had on both your lives. Well wishes to you both❣

Same process for all cards. Use a story telling deck and say what you see. Give me a question example.

@@rutalaa Before you pull a card, ask yourself what does truth look like to you. What cards or visuals would you expect to see reflecting truth. It's not about what cards I would choose. Make a list of cards you would choose. Then shuffle, ask the question and see what card you get.
