One question how to mention if the employee is under 26 and we have to enter a salary of £30,960 ( You’re under 26, studying or a recent graduate, or in professional training You can be paid 70% of your job’s standard going rate if your salary will be at least £30,960 per year and one of the following applies: you’re under 26 on the date you apply)

Very well explain👍 But still i have some confusion when you fill application form on sms there is no need to put any personal information of any individual but when an employer give us defined cos all information mentioned on it means this cos can assign specifically to this person!

Awesome video Please I need some clarification regarding switching from dependant visa to skilled worker I have been working for my employer for close to two years now, and now that he wants to offer me CoS, What would be the start date of the job? Because when it was being filled the said the start date of the job cannot be in the part. Secondly, I read that, if the applicant is current in the uk, the start of the job needs to be not later than the day the current visa of the employee would expire. And thirdly if that is the case, I also read that you cannot apply for tier more than three months to the start date of your job. So my issue is if my employer puts the starts date of the job to be a day after which my current visa would expire lets say June 2024) do I have to wait three months to June 2024 before making the application for a tier 2 visa ? Empire told me that you switch from a dependant to work visa, please how was the details filled during your COS, was the start date after the date your current visa would expire or the date doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.

Im a dentist from europe and my employer applied for DCoS on 19th of December and still not approved is that normal? They emailed but didn't get any reply back. Is there anyway to speed up the process?

If you are going to be employed in low salary they will review it further to issue your COS. I heard that it might even take 1 Year to issue it idk

Hi, I want to change my employer and already received a CoS from a new employer which is a Skilled Worker (Changes of Employment - ISC liable). unfortunately in this cos latter, the Cos number is not showing. May I know why it may happen? without a cos number is it possible to create a cos latter?

Hi my wife has been provided a COS number only rather than a COS but for the visa application process, the document checklist says that COS is required. Can you please suggest what to do in this case? Also, wish to draw your attention that employer says that COS is only an electronically generated number but there is no document.

Hello, my employer was recently applying for my cos on 3rd april before the temporary closure ,all mandatory fields were filled and even paid cos fees as well but due to shortage of time the sms portal got closed before completing the final step, now the cos in ready to go status , and employer dont know what to with it , my question is it is old rules or he can complete it now or he has to apply from the beginning? As per ukba all pending cos has been been cancelled but this cos isn't cancelled but in ready to go status
