Hello Umesh Amazing video, for this question under Health declarations: In the last five years, has any applicant visited, or lived, outside their country of passport, for more than 3 consecutive months? Do not include time spent in Australia. If I'm staying in the UK from Nov 2022,but traveled home town in India a few times in the last 2 years, do I have to mention every visitor can In give start date as Nov 2022 -the end date as today's date (application submission date)

Travel documents,Than you will find national identity documents ( other than passport) Than you will find Evidence of the applicant previous travel here you can upload your previous visa copies.
