Hi ....there is no need of basic language exam. If you are going to become dependent of Dutch citizen then only you need A1 level of exam.

Oh okay. If you want to stay till 90 days then no need of Dutch exams. You can simply apply schangen visa or tourist visa. But if you want to apply dependent visa then you need to apply spouse/dependent visa and you also need to pass A1 level Dutch language exam.

No... not necessary for dependent visa. If someone is Dutch citizen and then someone is coming as dependent then Dutch language A1 exam is required. Otherwise not required.
