After several researches, I was able to do it for myself (PGWP), my wife, and my two sons. It took three days from the time I sent the applications until I received the approval. I followed the same steps described in the video as the principal applicant, while for the rest of my family, I answered that they were outside Canada. I wrote a small letter of explanation, including their study permits and my wife's work permit, paid the fee, and my last paystubs and that is all.
