Vanessa Caudillo, it depends on how naturally curled your eyelashes are and how thick they are. The natural eyelash provides some tension when you push it back toward the eyelid. When you have a lot of lashes, or if they're coarse, or they grow down toward the cheek, the tension will be greater. So what might appear to be a careless application for her is probably the perfect amount of force for the tension her eyelashes kick back. :)

I've always gotten compliments on my lashes and have even been asked if they're fake. Recently I've been using a hydrating cream on my eyes and I've noticed my eyelashes have been falling out.
