Ladies belongs to UR category needs to pay Rs 250 only, but I think in your case also, payment was not done successfully, your money will refund within 7 days in payment failure and you need to do fresh payment again. Keep the payment reference number, transaction id etc for future reference in unsuccessful payment of fee
