The word Cadet program can be misleading. Indian cadet programs get you a CPL and type rating on the Airlines aircraft. A pure MPL is not recognised in India so it's useless. Having a MPL, only allows you in a country where it's accepted to be a copilot on the aircraft you were trained on. That will also require resident/work permit. MPL is not valid for anything else. However the Alpha aviation program after MPL also gives you 1500hrs copilot on A320 that gets you a GCAA ATPL which is convertible to any other country ATPL.
