Awesome comprehensive overview of the application process! Wanted to add in that submission of transcripts is also required for the primary application to be complete. Start requesting for them as soon as the application opens so you don't have to experience delay in app processing, ESPECIALLY if you are requesting it from a school that still sends paper transcripts for whatever reason! I learned this the hard way. :(

Yes!! Most people don't realize how long it takes. Get them early from all schools you attended (i.e., home institution and community college)

Hi, The information about the Medical school application cycle was helpful. Please, any thoughts on when I should take the MCAT? Initially, I had planned on taking the MCAT around early May. There is no point in applying to med school with that GPA unless you can do a post-bac and boost it.
