Please regarding the Date of Birth, I included it so after my application I previewed then submitted it, but I was surprised to see ******** in the DOB box later when I wanted to add a document. And it's not editable since I submitted it. I hope I won't be penalised. Though I eventually added my birth certificate for that reason.

No need for an address. Just answer the questions being asked. I would advise you to type the answers on Microsoft Word first, then copy and paste them into the answer boxes.

you can quickly register for Duolingo English test and take the test, if you don't meet up this application, you can use it for the next application which i think will be starting in January.

Yes, and I mentioned that in this video. For this intake, you can only apply to Cook or waiter/waitress programs. Maybe other programs will open in the next application intake...which should be around January

An experience relevant to the study program would be an advantage, but it's not bad if you add an experience in another field too...then you would need to clarify in your letter of motivation that you would like to switch career hence you are applying to this program...if that is what you want.
