Feng Shui does not only apply to homes, but commercial spaces too!
here are some tips on how to approach an empty space for your business
it is important to understand the space and it's energy flow as well as the nature of your business itself and align the two.
remember, a business is not just about the product, but also the experience, so ensure that your space and environment is perfect to support and create a lovely and memorable experience for your client!
thanks to the-qi.com for allowing me to post about your space!

This is a basic one point perspectiv drawning😂... And the symbols are drawn incohorently with perspective... But the design is good and well thought out...

@@d.chruscielewska4735 its 2 points, though. But yeah, its both simple and not perfect, he even drew a lot of the stuff free hand. The goal here was just to help others better visualize the arrangement of the elements in the room, so id say he did a pretty good job on the drawing too

There's an additional benefit of not having the stock room in the back, which is that there would be a temptation to "hide" messy or unused parts of the business back there, knowing clients would never see it. This arrangement forces the owners and staff to always keep a clean and organized shop.

The raised platform is OK but I don't like the idea of sitting on the floor. What if the client has bad knees or a big belly? I can have the raised platform but with regular height table & chairs.

Oh wow! Initially I thought put the bookcases lined up along the middle-ish of the room to kind of create a pseudo hallway from the front door to the tea space and hide the work area away from clients but your finished design is SO much better, the whole space gets to make a statement and nothing is being hidden away or closed off. Such beautiful work!

Ok so i watched some of your videos and i found that my desk is actually in a very bad position- i sit in front of the window with a very nice view and i don't want to give up the view, it helps me to relax. On the other hand, the door is on the right side behind me. The room is very narrow and the desk cannot be placed differently without me losing the view. So i thought of something: I added a carpet that frames the desk and chair. Plus i added a light curtain to the door frame (the door has to stay open because of our cats). Now, my room mate is a bit mad at me because she thought i wanted to keep her out, but i explained to her that this was because of energy flows. Not sure she understood. Anyway, i feel it helps. I feel better sitting at my desk and not so much bothered by the open door behind me. Its not an ideal solution, but still, i tried my best. Thanks for the many good tips!

I love this! I love the way it turned out and I love how unexpected it is - most people would never come up with that without hiring someone (like yourself). Before you started I had similar ideas but it wouldn't have come out nearly as nice. It looks fantastic, and I hope business is booming. To me it reqlly highlights how important design is. Your productivity and well-being are affected but your actual business success will be as well. You know they're doing more/better business with this space than the original idea would've been. This inspires ease and confidence. Love your channel!

I love the tea room at the window. People complain about sitting on the floor, but it is a critical part of tea ceremony and culture in China and Japan. That tea room gives off the authenticity of the shop. And obviously, it is optional to use the tea room. The most important part is the tea quality, and you don't need to sit in the tea room to enjoy the tea. That tea room would be useful when the owner needs to discuss a deal with important client.

Fabulous. It reminds me of my art and massage studio, with lower ceilings. My studio has a very high ceiling with pipe and a full water sprinkling system, ! It’s a cool 1930s building and most walls are exposed brick. Over the massage table I created a cosy zone by having a canopy over it in a circle created with wood Japanese screens. This tea room could benefit from also hiding the over head lights with such drapes. Part of why I did it was to consider breaking up the hard lines above the peaceful zone on the concrete ceiling and light strips. I would share a photo if I could :-) I hope to continue developing the space. I had thought that a Japanese raised platform tatami mats would be perfect for giving shiatsu massage as well as baby massage classes.
