Hey man one ques Like if my opponent goes for a deep hook or a normal hook grip i can toproll him But if he goes for a grip kind of like a high hand toproller nd (hook nd drag me )..... I get in a hook(that too defensive) in a second ... Is it a strength issue??? (i have tried both low hand and high hand ) against him but didn't work

If both of you are doing high hand at the start and you are still losing it could be a strength issue if both of you pull the same way. I would suggest try climbing up on the thumb faster than he can so you take power away. Generally I would need to actually see what’s happening in a video to see what weaknesses you have.

@@PlamenTheArmwrestler We both dont do the same I go for a high hook or high hand toproll Whereas he goes for a hook nd drag like paul linn Nd somehow despite having much greater pronation than him i still end up on my biceps
