Rather than having to do all the back and forth with scheduling, why not just use a scheduler like Calendly? You provide available time slots you're available and then let the prospect you are trying to meet with select which time works best for him/her/them?

Hi Bill, thanks for your comment. I'm not familiar with Calendly, but it sounds similar to doodle, which I do know. These programs and apps are very useful, but only if you know about them I suppose.

Hi! Good question - it really depends on the context. I would probably write something before it - "Dear ....., I am writing to enquire about .... Kindly advise me/us on how I/we can .... I hope this helps.
