Thank you so much!!! We were baffled on the side shelves. We had both R brackets on the right side of the grill. And both L brackets on the left side of the grill. You helped us fix what we did wrong! I was about to call Blackstone and tell them we got the wrong size shelves. lol

Thanks for the video, it definitely helps fill in some gaps that the instructions aren't real clear on. However, the papertowel holder was installed incorrectly. You put the washers on top of each other and there should actually be one on top and one on the bottom of the bracket per the instructions. I see you swiveled yours in, so perhaps this makes a difference when it comes to ease of swiveling the papertowel holder. Just FYI in case you did not catch this already.

Great video. Did you choose to install the shelf upside down or just a mistake?

The grill is upside down during install of the shelf because it supports the legs. So when the grill is turned over it is right side up. Common mistake though.

Gah. Our handles didn’t come with all 4 screws. Only 1 in each.
