Just got mine yesterday evening. I haven't even opened the huge box yet. I knew there was some fussing with installing the encoder and was worried about what else I needed to do. This was a great end-to-end setup video.

On a Cutie Frame, they can actually take up less space than a new embroidery machine. It's shocking how big the new embroidery hoops have gotten!

I bought this machine 6 months and it has been sitting on my q-zone pro frame, I have not installed the encoders yet, I am confused about placement for them and the channel locks. I am very intimidated and I am thinking I bit off more then I can chew. I would love to see a video on the quilting panel that it came with and any video's for the machine and frame that you can create, I am so lost in the process. I have watched most of your videos, I love them. Thanks for all your efforts!

I recommend following this video first to get your machine fully set up! Leaving it to sit will not help you overcome your fear - only finishing the setup and quilting on it will help you reach the next step - quilting your quilts!

@@LeahDay I watched this video again and I was able to get everything set up! Thanks so much! I saw on y table bed you had a channel lock laying there but you did not install it. Mine did not come with one but I would like to use them. My q-zone hoop frame( used from a private seller) had started with the reg q zone frame and then upgraded it to the pro, She did give me 2 channel locks, She said one was from the original q zone and the other was for the new dual rail system. I installed the one on the frame carriage. Can the original channel lock be used for the q"nique 16X machine? If so, where would the one for the machine be placed. Many Many thanks for your help and great video, I am so close to being able to put my 1st quilt on!
