No existe ningún tipo de video que explique para qué es cada cable del controlador , para qué sirven y donde va conectado, parece el misterio de las momias de egipto.. algunos controladores traen 12 cables, otro 10 y otros 16 cables, como los conectores son todos macho, tanto el del controlador como el del acelerador, parece que hembra no fabrican por algún tema de discriminación , no sabes como conectarlos y tampoco coinciden los colores de los cables, tamaño quilombo tengo en la cabeza, pareciera que no hay ninguna norma IRAM para estos controladores y accesorios de la bici eléctrica, cada fabricante le pone lo que le da el 5to. forro de las pelotas, y paro de escribir porque ya me estoy calentando y voy a mandar todo a la mierda....

Have you low or hi brake wire? If is low brake you must connect it to GND wire to activate the brake (to invert the motor to generator) like that your bike will be brake and generate power to charge the batteries.

I have a scooter that I got in a Uhall bid. The battery had China writing that I did translate most to English with no help. I got the controller out with a lot of work and it did say 48V. When you have the switch on on the horn, front light, and turn signals L/R works with led flashing. Just no display the display says Jh-01 and seems you can find the plastic parts but no whole display or display circuit board. Can anyone help me ?

how many w can you load such a 36 to 42v hub motor with? it says 250w but if you want the bike to go faster and you have a 12s 16ah battery can you put on a type 500w esc? or what do you recommend? Kind regards from Sweden

Hello Michael..This depends from brand of hub motors (quality) i have vehicle with MXUS 250W 36V factory rate overvolted at 48V 16A controller without any problems... if you want more speed and your wheel is more than 26inch make it 12S battery at max 15A controller, if your wheel is 20inch you can pout easily 48V 16-18A comtroller..

I have 28 inch wheels on my bike, the original battery is 36v 11ah. when I ride with the bike original design, the display shows 500w slightly under heavy load low speed uphill. but over 15-20kmh the power quickly goes down to 250w if I only run with the original 10s battery do you think the motor could have managed 500w with another esv 10-15a then if the battery can deliver it? but has built a 42v 16ah for power and longer range. with Panasonic ncr18650bd 3200mAh them that can deliver 10a pieces ..

With this connectors you can do your job, but you must be careful... The wire and must have soldering iron on it, and connectors must be very tight.. XT60 is more recommend.

You ever have this problem. My three motor connectors are getting so hot that they are melting the rubber coding, they are the type of plugs that they used to use on the old RC car motors. Not so hot that its melting the rubber on the wires just the rubber on the connectors. It's only an 18 amp controller with a 48 volt battery so I'm not running a ton of power to it although the display says I'm pulling over a thousand Watts at times, just wanted to get your thoughts.

What are the high and low brakes for? And what is that other two wires on a connector after the reverse? you didnt mention what those are for. I have a similar controller and cruise control, reverse, and that other pair of wires not connected. Theres also a black single wire i dont know where it goes.

What is the difference between the 1 t 4 (8 pin) and 1 t 5 (9 pin) connector. The brushless motor connector have 3 connectors. 1-# 3 pin for PAS (Pedal assist) 2 -# 9 pin for 3 phase motor and hall sensors. 3 -# 1 t 4 (8 pin) / 1 t 5 (9 pin) this connects the brake, ( left / right) and the display. There is also a connector for light. Please help me for the 3 # mentioned connector.

Is the hall sensor colors standard? I have a controller of my ebike vex vl dafra where I identified that yellow is hall a, green hall b and blue hall c. I'm in doubt about the sensor hall because this bike was made in Brazil. The controller gave a problem and I don't think this part anymore and so I want to adapt another controller.
