Thank goodness for this video. The paper instructions are woeful. With the video I was up and running in minutes. Great product; saves messing with fuel and endless trying to start. A fraction of the weight of my petrol guzzler. Took down a Hawthorn tree in no time at all.

Hello, Sir. I have a problem. My chain brake keeps being activated and stops the saw all the time. I have cleaned the saw but the problem is still there. Oil is enough. How can I fix it? Thanks a lot.

Hi Gerard, Bar and Chain oil is required for use. A small bottle of oil is included with this saw, but after that is gone, any name brand bar/chain oil will work, like Oregon's Bar and Chain Oil. Bought one on Amazon had to return it as it was faulty, had no power. Replacement came and the chain was too short. Low quality products avoid!
