How do you get the rods in the strips? I don’t see any openings

i’m sure you figured it out by now but at the top of the strip by the velcro there’s an opening easy to miss and kinda hard to open but it’s there

You guys really could not have made this more complicated if you tried. This should take 5 minutes to set up and even with the video it took me 20+ minutes and I still have no idea how the "bags" are supposed to stay up and supported. Terrible design.

you guys should use compression rods as opposed to the current ones. The velcro strap makes it feel like it can easily fall apart and collapse.

i didnt get instructions so i just pushed the rods down on each corner and under rim on top. its standing but as soob as it goes im going to target and get a resl laundry hamper

This setup is shit. The rods dont go flush under the velcro you have to try and get them in at an angle and even then your putting the velcro tabs on sideways because the rods refuse to get under. Its a nice looking basket/hamper but assembly is shit and they know it. FIX IT!
