It is possible to anchor the feet with silicone or something else so you don't have to drill into a tile floor and permanently put holes in it?

Anchors are the only good way I know of unless you want to install screws through the upper tub into the wall.

Do you have to fasten the sink to the floor or wall? Is it necessary? My floor is tile.

If you're worried about the sink moving it's probably a good idea to anchor it.
