Possible reasons are the battery is broken, the charger is not working, the grass cutter button switch or the motor is broken. Better to check the battery and the charger using a multimeter tester if you have or bring it to the nearest technician to check it. You can also test the battery using a wire just tap the other end of the wire like to the negative side of the battery and also tap the other end of the wire to the positive side of the battery do it just like 1 second at a time just to see a spark. If you see a strong spark the battery is good. Likewise checking the charger plug the charger in electrical outlet then only tap the wire in negative and positive. If you don't see any spark that is the problem.

Kung wala naman po kayong multi tester or volt meter. Pang test niyo po 1pc. Wire idikit niyo ang isang dulo ng wire sa negative side ng battery tapos itap niyo lang po ng konti ang kabilang dulo ng wire sa positive side ng battery pag malakas ang spark ok ang battery pag mahina naman po ang spark or wala sira ang battery. 2nd pag ok po battery buksan niyo po ang part ng motor check niyo kung nakadugtong ang 2 wires sa motor. Pag test naman po ng motor kuha kayo 2 wires idugtong ang 2 wires kabilaan ng motor tapos itap niyo lang po saglit sa 12v battery pang motorsiklo or sasakyan pag umandar ok ang motor. 3rd pag ok battery at motor buksan ang part ng on/off switch. Check ang wire connections kung ok. Kung nakadugtong pero ayaw gumana kuha 1pc. Wire itap sa 2 connection ng switch. Pag umandar switch ang sira. 4th pag di parin umandar wire mula sa motor papuntang switch at battery ang kailangan palitan.

You can try to charge the battery for 3hrs. Then try to use it again. Then if still not working test your battery using a electronic tester test it in battery shop near you. If the battery is good then the motor is broken
