Man, I was struggling for hours to reset the reclining in the chair to my liking after someone changed it a day back. The lever setting(specifically for reclining) is non-intuitive and this video doesn't show it properly at all. The dude here is doing is doing shitty demo at 3:30. A a random guy explains it better than you guys at his channel. Rest all good, peace. And the chair is awesome btw.

I have same issue. How do you reset reclining? Do you have to pull the lever very hard? Please let me know.

You can simply rotate the Tilt Tension Knob at the bottom to adjust/reset the reclining of our Onyx chair.

You have not mentioned how to fit the wheels. Nor there is a manual in the box

It’s actually very hard to do. Manual says you have to push fit, i had a hard time putting in the wheels and now they are uneven, the chair crooks onto one side. Fucking painful.

@@ADNANAHMED-eo5xx Chair goes down very low. Head rest was not that comfortable but still adjustable. Seat is comfortable also I'm using sleep company orthopaedic extra cushion seat. My suggestion if there is IKEA near by try Markus chair then try Onxy you would like Markus more. 23k ke chair bhi Markus ke samne kuch nahi hai Onxy has a specific objective of back support. Onyx locking system is not that good . Overall I would give Onxy 7 out of 10.
