What was the justification for filling part 4 out from I-131? It's a little confusing because the text below Part 3, 3b, states that if you are applying as a non-DACA related Advance Parole, skip to part 7. Regarding my case, USCIS received our case on June 15th & we’re waiting for approval. When I did Track My Visa now, it said we were at the front of the line. Now, it’s saying we’re number 1488 for the last week. I received a notification saying that things have slowed down from processing 300 to 400 cases a day to less than 200. Has anybody else had this issue?

That happened to me too. We received our NOA1 on June 18th and were at the front of the line in the first week, but now have around 1800 cases before us. Hopefully, the processing will pick up again after the summer. Fingers crossed for you!

Thank you!! I would submit a copy of the divorce certificate just to be thorough... (although I'm not entirely sure as it doesn't apply to us) You may or may not have a copy of the DS-3025 but it could have been with the paperwork you gave when coming to the USA. However once you submit your AOS paperwork... USCIS will let you know if anything is missing or if they'd like you to retake the medical.

Absolutely! The I-131 is optional and you only need to apply for it if you wish to travel. If you don't intend to, it will save you $630! It used to be free to file with AOS, but after April 2024 they started charging a fee to file the form

If you came on a K1 Visa and married within the 90 days you are filing based on your I-129F that you filed initially for your K1 visa. I-130 is not required in this case. I-130 is only required for CR1 Visa, or adjusting status if you came to the country on another visa and married someone.

Yay! ☺️ I would suggest waiting to hear back from USCIS if you've already submitted your application and they'll inform you what they need. You're meant to submit the DS-3025 vaccination worksheet.. but i've even heard of people who've submitted their medical info having to redo the medical in the US. I'd probably suggest to let USCIS tell you exactly what they need from you

Good day. Need clarification regarding the EAD fee, is this based on the new edition of form G-1055, Fee Schedule? we're about to file but im confused with the fee coz it stated under filing category that "If you FILED Form 1-485 on or after April 2024 and is still pending then we pay $260
