I have not seen a slot car race track since AFX, we need those old race tracks instead of video race tracks.If there was a way to combine the two for more fun?🤔

just purchased this set after 10 years of not racing. i have a old nascar GO set from 2013 and i`m going to combine them together. i got two nascar Chevy Impalas ready to race some German muscle. AMG VS GM. lol

you have to swap the loops... the whole race lane is bend inwards

Just put this together for me and my 5 year old. It turns out the right side of the track has no power going thru it just before the first loop and about third of the track onwards. Any ideas. I’m 50 and haven’t used a track in probably 30 years. I remember this happening when i was young but can’t figure out what’s wrong

The power goes through the metal rails and their clips along the entire track (both ways). If you’ve got power issues at random segments, then there’s poor or no contact between the track pieces. Detach those areas of the track, then reattach them. Make sure you check that they’re properly pushed in. If you have issues with power over larger areas at the far end of the track, it could be an issue with the transformer not being able to provide enough power, or the controllers (or their wiring) having issues. These issues can be poor contacts inside the controllers causing too high resistance, resulting in large voltage drops across the track, mainly affecting far reaches of it. If you’ve got power issues with the track after a certain point and onwards, say going clockwise, check the track from where the transformer is connected, going counterclockwise. It sounds as though you may have poor track connection on that end.

The black piece snaps between the two thin pieces of track on the bottom of each loop to hold them together.

Why don't my pieces go together that easily. Always a gap especially on corner pieces. I need to be a circus strongman. Maybe temperature has something to do with it. The way that yours go together compared to mine is just so annoying

Just bought one and the cars keep sliding off, definitely ruins the fun when you have to keep chasing the cars that come off track

Slow down before and while in the turns. Speed up before the loop.

Carrera is just another word for garbage. You might get 5 minutes of pleasure playing with this child's toy but then reality will hit You and let You know that this was a complete waste of YOUR time.
