I am at a loss here, My sons Green Alpha Coat Belt is just a bit too short. Short enough that he had to sew the button near the Buckle so close that there is only a small FOLD and too small to put the LOOP Between Buckle and Button. I can order new belt on Navy Exchange Online. But do not know what Size to get. How are these belts measured? Reg Belts are associated w/ your waist size but then they are Longer to compensate. Sizes avail are from 30 to 48. His waist is about 33" but this goes over his Coat and Not too tightly. The belt he has measures 40in Long when Unbuttoned near the buckle. But im not sure if the Size on Navy Exchange is the ACTUAL Length of the Belt or something else alltogether. Anyone Please Help....

Update, everyone lied, MCT is worse than bootcamp. I’m almost finished with my school house now, I’ll be home in 8 days to start my 10 day leave period before hitting Okinawa, Japan. After MCT it all gets a little better. Keep your heads up marines, and remember, embrace the suck.
