In this video I wanna share something with you I've been teaching my son. It's the power of PRACTICE.
Anytime he's struggling with something, I ask him, "how do you get better?" And his response is, "by practicing."
This is why we say "strength is a skill" and skill are perishable and need to be practiced on a daily basis.
Why should you can about practicing and building [[Skill Sets]]?
Because your skills are your default settings. When you get tired, face adversity, etc. You will default back to what you know... your skill sets... your default settings.
