We should first look at the external feng shui environment, then we analyse the sitting and facing direction of the house using the House Flying Star Chart and then combine it with the Annual Flying Star Chart. You are talking about the Bagua map where earth is in the centre. In annual flying stars, #8 star belongs to Earth, in 2021, #8 flies to the west.

Thanks! Very good question. They are the same for northern and southern hemispheres because the 5 elements theory is derived from Bagua. Both Bagua and Flying stars are from the perspective of the universe.

@@ClaraZfengshuicafe Madam, our's is a small printing press and shop direction is northwest. Door entry is at north of northwest. Before it was dark blue colour on shutter used to run with no loss and somehow profit. But later we painted side walls column colour golden yellow colour in northwest corner with blue shutter and golden yellow walls combination i used to get somehow big orders but again we changed and painted total white including shutter but now I'm getting small orders to shop and not running properly. So madam, present shutter colour is white only. So please suggest any other colour or shall I paint it in blue colour

If you want to consider a different colour, another option is brown because brown belongs to earth element and can enhance metal element in this direction.

This is not true colors don’t do anything in real FS, that is totaly wrong and same with Chinese looking objects. You can try as much as you want in this theory but there is much more to it
