Same old story. What new people can get from those kind of videos? The more money you have, the more handsome, good looking, young and communicative you are - the more 9s and 10s will be around you. I guess young folks clicking on that kind of videos in order to get some "Magic pill" of how to attract hot young girls =)

I’m happily married for 10 years to my perfect 10, but I agree with everything you say here. It’s funny, I still get attention from women when I go out with my single friends and one of the keys is: I’m the one not looking for any. I’m comfortable with who I am and where I am at in life, though I still strive for development on all levels, and that does show without having to “show out”. That being said, I would never trade my beautiful wife for any of these other women. You really can not beat a true commitment with that special person. Cheers bro! I quit drinking but I still like the emoji 🍻

This topic has very little to do with me but I wanted to comment as a 46 yr old Black woman, and an avid listener. I listen because...well, men (masculine energy) for one, but more importantly and crucially, I listen as a second ear, then pass it along to my 22 yr old son and 18 year old nephew... and whomever else I believe could benefit. My son's character is golden. He's always been kind and considerate (not sensitive and fragile) but the missing component is confidence. I've told him that all he needs is to make money, be a good person (through character, caring for others and not being a pushover), but I'm a woman and his mom and it's much better coming from a man with a resume. He's very lean and he's been working out since 2021 but he experienced a small setback and motivation but he's back on it. This, along with your other videos, will give him the boost that he needs, to push harder to meet his goals. I truly appreciate your content! Thank you!

Been doing very well for myself. I have 3 semesters of college left before graduating, won a belt in Muay Thai, and finally moved out of my parents place to learn how to be independent. This summer I've been cold approaching women, I think it's a good thing to have and do. I'm not doing it for hookup culture (I'm a relationship-commitment type of guy) but I want to be able to work on my confidence, build my charisma, and maybe even land a 10. It's already done wonders to my self-esteem and confidence. Thanks for the helpful words Bedros 🙏🏽

Hey Bedros, I've been a dedicated viewer since day one. I wanted to share that I went through a similar panic attack experience about five months ago, and it felt like my world was falling apart. I genuinely thought I was dying. Despite my efforts to overcome it by focusing on healthy eating, therapy, exercise, and meditation, I still battle with it daily. I wanted to kindly request if you could dedicate an episode to sharing your journey of conquering panic attacks. Your insights and teachings have always resonated with me, and I believe it would immensely help me to listen and apply your guidance in dealing with this challenging issue. Thank you for considering my request.

@karamlevi

When in the attack… Think of you self as a small child and tell him he’s safe and imagine picking him up and holding home giving him a small shake, small hug, pat and tender care in a deep and real way. Say thing like “your safe, I got you, your okay, I love you, I’ll protect you ect”. I’ve stopped hard core, lsd like ptsd / panic attacks with that. Here’s what’s up: You do all your healing work and lifestyle plus stuff but what about in the moment of a need?? You got nothing. Your all recovery and pre-emotive work but no point blank tools for that damn self terror experience. I’m a trained / practiced hypnotherapist and have used this on myself one particular day 3X while in a crowd at a popular aquarium. You need tools that you will embrace during a attack. Hello? Your got 2/3 parts of your system on fire and doing 👍🏽 excellent. Why freak out? No logical reason. True. So why be logical then in that moment? Don’t. Be emotional to your inner kid and also mature adult who fathers / mothers, that inner kid. You freak cus of subconscious reasons. It’s triggered by something. You can explore that in hypnosis and find out why and how it’s firing off and making you freak. Why my inner kid treatment worked immediately is because I saw a movie in my mind of a abandoned kid who felt lost and terrified. So… cus I saw that, I spoke to that, and I watched the kid get calmer and calmer. We don’t all have my ability to see a movie while it’s happening but you are seeing a movie no doubt. That’s playing in your subconscious. See a scary movie? Ever squirm? Why? It’s not real… it’s a movie. Why squirm? Cus subconscious feels it’s real. Hypnosis is a tool. Hammers don’t screw. Saws don’t hammer. Talk therapy doesn’t hypnotize. All tools valid but not tools valid per need. You’ve been informed sir. 😎🙏❤️‍🩹🔥👦🏽

Thank you for talking about this! I am a woman, and I do all these things. I am a single mom. I work a full time job and bought my own house all by myself. I run 4 miles 3 times a week. I take care of myself. I am the best version of myself. But I hate how masculine being independent feels. I want to feel feminine. I want a strong, stable, masculine guy that I can enjoy life with and yoke equally to. I can't find a guy that does these things. I can't find a man that is masculine and financially stable. Men are so quick to want women to take care of them and support them financially. I don't want to be your mom, I want to be your wife! Masculine dudes out there- if you want a girl who will yoke equally to you- we exist! Do you?

I'm very glad to hear you're talking about this Bedros. Too many guys get mislead by the popular content these days and glorify the wrong type of women. This leads to a lot of suffering on both sides (men & women). I used to be 225 pounds, addicted to video games and stuffing myself with cookies (similar to your story of being fat) and after I lost the weight the next journey I went on was to attract the type of women I wanted to attract. I found that over and over again, we attract who we are and the only way to not just meet attractive women but keep them in my life was to be the dream man of the women I met. So grateful for your podcast. I'm learning a ton from it as a listener but also from your storytelling as a content creator.

Hey Bedros, I love that awesome light installation. It looks so pro 😎. Anyways... Even though I already got my perfect 10, I watched this episode just because all your episodes are so uplifting. You have such a big heart for reaching out to all the guys out there that need a wake up call to get out of their 1.0 self. And it's so much needed nowadays. You're so right about needing to do the self-work. I tried for years to attract not-so-perfect women without attempting to work on myself 🤣. But within 1 year of being inspired by some new friends to dress well, get in shape, develop conversation skills, and doing adventurous things, the perfect 10 woman came to me. I was still was a far ways off from being ideal, but she saw POTENTIAL. My honey takes credit for turning me into a 2.0. But, thanks to attending your mastermind, watching your KZbin, and reading "Man Up", she now sees me as a 3.0. I learned a lot of good tips from this episode. This episode is not just about attracting the right woman, it's about becoming a likeable person as a whole. There's so much potential for success in life because of this message! Thanks so much! P.S. I put this comment because you called me out to do so 😅.

I dont know if it's just me, but sometimes a woman will look fine, but the attitude is just disgusting and a turn off. I learned to just ignore and treat people the way I would. Regardless of their looks, I feel like it goes a long way to develop how someone carries themselves. I just find it disgusting and ruin my vibes, an issue I would avoid all together and a waste of my time, most people I meet.

As a woman with discipline, confidence and brains all I want is a man to match my attributes but the most attractive thing a man can possess is discipline and that conveys in their physical appearance. The next is how intelligent the man is.

10000000000000000% I’ve had many failed relationships and always blamed the girl. After the most toxic relationship of them all ended, I took some serious time to self reflect and realised I didn’t even respect myself… never mind value myself. Once I started to respect myself, and value myself. I attracted the girl I’ve always been looking for and now in the longest AND greatest relationship I’ve ever been in. The difference? I respect myself.

@@funnyvidstoday101 when a woman is given the title of being a wife she is agreeing to commit to wife duties/responsibilities & she intern gets many various benefits from the man in the relationship. Wives to not move like girls. There is a reason it’s called ‘girls trip’. If she wants to have the company of her friends sure that’s what visits are for but to take trips that have the potential to wreck the marriage disguised as ‘girls trip’? Why park your Ferrari in the hood when you know there’s a possibility that it could get robbed/ stolen even if it’s locked? ‘Girls trips’ provide situations & environments that are detrimental to a long lasting relationship which is marriage. This whole situation just exposes the type of man Mr Bedros is. He excels in all other realms but here I was disappointed

For those of you that have panic attacks, it’s matter of your amygdala that takes over your frontal cortex. The frontal cortex is your rational thinking part of your brain that works with making decisions or everyday existence items that are part the normal making decisions process. The amygdala is the fight or flight part of the brain that takes over when you have to make a decision to fight or run, like if you came face to face with a bear. Typically people that were under difficult situations early in life had to make those types of decisions with their everyday life. That results in you not having the proper training early to think things out, which gives you peace once you make a logical decision. Fight or flight leaves you with hormonal releases that originally designed to get you out of trouble and save your life. So it’s not you that is the problem, it’s your programming from youth forward. You can overcome it once you recognize the triggers. It will go away, I know personally. There’s a lot of help that can help you see it. Once you do see it, you will be back on the road back to you.

@jamesfilip8421 Жыл бұрын
@user-cy5yy7pu5r Hello Bedros, Not sure if you were requesting I text you or if that is a general message to all in the comments section. I do want to add to my original comment. Once I had gotten to the point of understanding amygdala response vs frontal cortex response was to actually be able to live out that understanding. It didn’t matter that I understood the difference between the two, my mind still raced with panic, which was disabling me to be at peace with a decision even though it was logically thought out. To understand why I was still going through the panic I had to go all the way back to childhood where it all started. My home life was filled with anxiety, doubt, anger, indecision and the list goes on and on. There really wasn’t a normal day that was just normal. So everything the family did was in some turmoil that led to more of the same. Moving forward in life that inability to make a decision and it be alright was influenced by my upbringing. Still operating in the amygdala- fight or flight - get the hell away before another yelling match broke out. That is where the root cause of panic where coming from. A that point making a decision of any type started to become easier and not thinking back if it was the right or best decision. It was a decision and that’s all that’s important. Fucking Decide and move forward. If it wasn’t the right decision or best decision then it simply was a learning tool for the future. That is where Wisdom comes from. That’s where the 2.0 man comes from. He isn’t stuck on if it were right or wrong or best decision, he made a decision, saw it through, learned from it, and as a man, a better man for moving forward. It’s the cost of learning how to be a man. Now that some years have gone by, it’s so incredibly easier to enjoy life and make good decisions. Later. James Once I got to the point
