Very helpful.simple and clear instructions . Very grateful…it then became clear in my mind once the reboot instructions had been carried out that it was the SD card that was in need of some TLC …took it out …put it back hey presto …all good Thank you for the clear instructions .🙏🙏

Funny, the setup is the same in my left hand drive in the US. Volume on the passenger side. Don't know if I would like it on the driver side. What do you guys think?🤷‍♂️

hello i have an audi a3 2019 and i always listen to music on my samsung youtube app via bluetooth. this morning i tried to listen and sound is mute when i play the video ,if i press mute on the car it sounds or if i pause and play the video on phone screen sound comes on then if i pass song or select a random video it mutes again and i have to press mute or play/pause to listen again. i tried to reset the mib2 but i still having the problem. The strange thing is that i have tried same thing but with youtube opened on the internet instead of the app and is working perfect. have you heard this before? Thanks

Not sure why, but after performing this operation, my sound system sounds worse (the treble is gone)! Was listening to radio when this buttons combo was performed and when the sound came back sounded worse. Still can't figure out why, since I checked all the settings and remained the same. It was nothing wrong with the car, I performed the reset just to see it works... :(

Doesn’t make any difference between manual or auto. If you don’t have the big dial then you don’t have this system

You need to do Video In Motion. This is how to do an MMI Reset.

You can’t do it yourself. You have to use VagCanPro. If you’re in the UK then we can do it for you but it’s for Off-Road purposes only.
