Sharon, In viewing your summary video, it seems you skipped over a very important part. You have a manager approval, but you dont tell how the system knows who the persons manager is. It is not collected on the form, and does not appear to be populated in the approval. Can you elaborate on how variable approvals such as this work? Thanks!

Hi Sharon, you're the "go to Girl" for me on here so. Can you help with this one? I've created a two page landscape word document each page has two columns. I want to rotate text in one of the pages by 180 degrees (upside down) so that when I "flip" the pages in the print process both sides will display the text in the same orientation whereas at the moment the text on one side of the sheet is upside down, Can you help please?
