Well I did what you suggested and clicked "Undo" on CC transaction under the categorized bank transaction, then saw that it matched up (Yay), but now the payment doesn't show in the CC ledger, only the checking ledger, and it says it was deleted when I go to reconcile now and it's off by those amounts. I didn't "delete" anything, I only clicked Undo and it didn't magically fix it like as shown on yours, what did I do wrong?

Open the transaction in the checking register and see where it's going. Is it going to the credit card? If so, recon the credit card by entering the RIGHT amount for the last statement ending date that things did reconcile, the only thing to select should be the one cc payment, click finish/done.
