I got my Chronic Fatigue DBQ rated at 60% and one important section was left blank to award 100%. My local VSR said they can do that! Wrong! Any information missing or left blank is an inadequate exam. I submitted my own DBQ 4 days prior which was listed in evidence used, but they did not apply the 100% rating based on bed rest and memory issues. Im still 100%, but this is my reserve fight.

I'm permanent and total and I'm mentally incompetent and was put under the Brady bill. I have a TBI in Iraq so everytime I've tried to have it changed to being competent it's always a no. Hopefully I learn something from you and figure out a way to change it

You can get a mental professional to state you are competent. I've seen veterans do this before, paper trail, paper trail. I’m 100 DV 100 rating on PTSD alone plus TBI from RPG and P&T - nobody has even broached saying that about me and I’m considered Housbound and recieve a SMC . Nowhere does it say I’m incompetent. I pay my own bills .

I requested my STR‘s 11 months ago and after watching your video, I called the hotline number requested a call back from regional supervisor and my CD came in the mail yesterday. The only problem is that none of my medical records that I requested are in there it’s like some stuff from meps and then skip everything in between and then my DD 214 and some signatures from my discharge and that’s it. i’m not sure what to do because that was going to be my evidence of in-service diagnosis and treatment. My claim is in step three right now I have a current diagnosis, DBQ,nexus letter, personal statement and a buddy statement. I’m just missing my STR‘s that apparently aren’t there. Is my claim just going to sit in limbo forever?

@@DewayneKimbleI was declined sleep apnea about 5 years ago. It was a direct claim, I was thinking before the new criteria file for secondary to my ptsd. I am diagnosed with sleep apnea since 2014 using a cpap machine. Not sure if Im wasting my time on SA. I’m thinking to concentrate more on filing increase on my ptsd. That seems to more favorable for me sitting at 50% ptsd

9 years in the Army, they denied all my claims and gave me 10% for tinnitus.... Wish I never joined.

Yes don’t give up ! I started at 0 then went to -10% now I’m at 90% I have exam for migraines ibs and vertigo coming up wish me luck! I did this all on my own the key too me is have your doctor say in all his reports “ more then likely then not “ them words helped out

@ bro I was the same I’m telling you road too the top is get a civilian doctor !! Have them write down everything also if you wear in the infantry have a neurologist do a mri. On y or r upper cervical then claim that then go from there
