This happened to me too! I used an audio (keep up by odetari) and used the youtube audio library. Since my short already had audio from my editing software, i turned the audio to 0%. Ive done this with all of my other shorts and ive never gotten it copyrighted. Also, i deleted and reuploaded 3 times, since i thought it was faulty and that ill just reupload it, but all 3 times, it has been copyrighted immediately

I received a notification from KZbin stating that any video in our short music video library may receive a copyright claim if the volume exceeds a specific threshold. Consequently, a claim will be triggered once this volume threshold is met.

I'm not entirely sure what the deal is with this "restriction" but from the research I've done it seems like it won't affect your channel right now. It seems like there may be a potential policy issue, it is under review, and might be something to keep an eye on. Keep me posted if you find out more, I'm always eager to learn more about these types of issues.

Well shorts policy can be caused when you use a music from a verified youtube or music artist and also it will demonetize your channel on my real KZbin channel my channel got demonetized because of shorts policy and i am trying to watch out for it so i won't make the same mistake

This is a nice idea, but it won't actually prevent a copyright claim. (i know I tried this same thing years ago). A claim will typically only affect how much money you can make, so in the case of doing a cover song like your talking about, it is typically going to be ok. But there are some songs that will get you a copyright strike on KZbin. I'm not sure which ones those are off the top of my head, but it might be worth doing some research.

anything you upload to youtube is subject to copyright claims if you don't follow the rules. I checked out your channel and it looks like you're reviewing copyrighted content, so it is more likely that you'll receive a claim or a strike. If I used the song “daylight” and I did not use the KZbin music library and I imported it into CapCut can I dispute that or is the claim just going to be there (this was a short btw)

Basically KZbin has said that unless it is added via the KZbin Mobile app, it will receive a copyright claim. You could take it down, reuploaded it via the mobile app, and add the audio in there. But if you do that be sure to mute the audio from the video you edited in CapCut or you'll get the claim again.

Now you can't use it in shorts either, but it used to be that long form videos got claimed while shorts were protected by KZbin shorts copyright policy ™️. This is no longer the case, as the little pr***s that KZbin are they silently updated their policy, without informing ANY CREATORS

I made a video on a different account and the account started affecting my youtube so I transferred all of my videos to the account I'm on now and it's said that I copied so I deleted the video on the other account but it still didn't work

This is a tricky on. Since you started it on the other channel, youtube will automatically say that channel has "First Dibs" essentially. If your channel isn't monetized yet, don't worry. Just keep creating and you should be fine.

@@red11media the most important question is. how to BYPASS those copyright claims/strikes. free vids are so limited. people like me would look for tutorials on how to use a COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS without getting copyrighted. like editing a video for example but would this word until now?

Great question. There are ways to remix a video so they the KZbin computers don’t recognize it is copyrighted material, but there is one major drawback with this approach to creating content. Once your channel reaches 1000 subs and 4000 watch hours and you apply for monetization, your channel will be reviewed by a human, and they will recognize the copyrighted content, and you won’t be able to get monetized. And worse case escenario is your channel will be deleted. I provided tips in this video to help creators think through the steps to making quality copyright free content, so they can get monetized on KZbin. Let me know if you have other questions.
