I really needed this today...Yesterday was bad, I couldn't stop. I was self destructing and I have to stop this vicious cycle. There's many components to curbing this affliction. I truly thank God for bringing this video is such a perfect time. I have to watch this over and over again and integrate it into my process. Thank you SMB

So true, a lot of tilt is internal. The amount of times I've been like, "Why did I take that trade?" When you know better yet still violate your rules, you're ASKING to go on tilt.

Dr. S’s insight on how internal frustration, when turned inward, makes tilt almost unavoidable really resonates with me. I think it’s time to re-read The Daily Trading Coach and step up my commitment to my Daily Report Card.

I appreciate the long format conversation style of this video with references to the previous video. For a solo trader without a direct team or mentor, this is bay far some of the most valuable education I have recieved. Understanding that I'm not alone, and the problems I face are part of the learning curve .Thanks for being here on my journey.

im starting to think the secret is there is no secret, you have to survive through enough pain and failed trades and maybe just maybe eventually you become immune to the emotion from the chart

As a comment further down mentions that adds to your point there truly is no secret and once you’ve become numb to your emotions and stick to your discipline its totally night and day

No secret. Just discipline and practice. Treat trading like a job you can get fired from with real boss monitoring. Do that and it will be obvious when you’re doing risky and poor choices.

Good discussion during the first part with Bella discussing what he does when he gets "huffy". He hyper-focuses. That reminded me of tennis legend John McEnroe back in the early and mid 80s. Usually when he got really ticked off and argued with the umpire with what he felt was a bad call. Most of the time his best performance was after he got really angry. He was an expert at channeling all that anger into performance and I think that's what Bella is referring to here.

Trading psychology is imperative. Once you have a strategy, success comes down to 90% discipline.

"As I often remind fellow traders, it's essential to make the most of each market we enter. Right now, Bitcoin day trading is at a high point, and Coach Garrett Eaton’s insights have been incredibly valuable with his spot-on predictions. Definitely a 5-star guide!"

If one has a tilt problem, one way to get the problem under control is to have a temporary rule for a period of months of only being able to take a trade like every 30 - 45 minutes. No matter how good the next setup is, if 30-45 minutes hasn't elapsed since you last took a trade you have to pass it. The rule doesn't have to last forever, just for a period of time until the tilt problem is under control.

High energy and/or over confidence leads to over-trading and seeing opportunity where it doesn't exist or over estimating opportunity. I find being hyped up tends to cause you to not stay in a trade and instead bounce in and out of it.

I think that to avoid your emoticons and stress you have to have a good habits, a good daily routine and rule that made you discipline! All start doing your bed every day. All of this think have indirectly impact effect without your effort. The effort it's related to your motivation. Sorry for my english 😢
