What about at night with bright lights i usually loose the ball as soon it gets that high. And then cant re track it.

15 minutes of ice 15 minutes of nothing 15 minutes of heating pad every 5-6 hours When your throwing throw with a noodle arm. Dont throw stiff... Thats how I hurt my arm. maybe that's wrong but I'm sure ultimate baseball will drop some knowledge bombs to prevent me from somehow destroying my arm lol
