Yup the fan art is a big one I did a couple fan art and I got a warning so no more fan art for me on that sight.

I’d like to know this too, yesterday 2 of my designs got taken down bc of trademark maybe from a tags. Quick question tho, for you after 2 designs got take down, was the other 23 sent using the same email each time, and nothing happen to your store?

@@enryost1059 All 25 didn't get removed at the same time. There was an interval of a few days between them. I received 15 different emails. 25 removed designs divided between 15 emails.

I'm very worried about copyrights and I'm not talking about trademarks. I'm talking about short phrases that are not trademarks, but can be from films, songs (but not the full text, but only a line), as well as funny jokes from Facebook groups. All these are generalized phrases. Should you be afraid of lawsuits, complaints, bans of accounts on platforms for these phrases? I'm talking about phrases of about 10 words or less. And this is very generalized. But perhaps your opinion on this matter is more specific! Thank you for the video.

It’d be best to research into copyright regulations. Taking a quote from a book, for example, is not acceptable at all unless given permission from the author. That may be similar for song lyrics but you’d have to look that up. General statements shouldn’t procure any punishment but to be safe you could always find copyright free/ public domain quotes online!

By spamming tags does that just mean lots of tags? And I know that with some of their fanart stuff, it lists what fandoms they're still accepting for. But say you have something related to a fandom that isn't listed on there. Because it is your own creative design on a show/character, and isnt listed on their fanart program would you still be able go put up the piece and not get suspended? And also, is a VPN useful? I've been wanting to get one to try it out but 🤷‍♀️ idk. I didn't know you could turn them on and off. And I'm moving out soon so my IP address would change bc of that. And I'm just wondering is a personal or business PayPal account needed for RB or does it matter? Sorry for all the questions. Great video btw. Very helpful!

I got suspended on my RBB account without any notif email from RBB. It made me really sad cz i just passed 150 designs n my designs also getting sell quite a lot, the things I really didn't understand is why I get suspended when I'm not even cross any red flag and my designs are also selfmade. 😭
