I end up burying the alarm under a pile of balanced stuff ,because even when i put it in the opposite side of the room, I manage to sleepwalk and somehow off it. If I dont wake up by sorting the stuff out, ill wake up by the noise it makes when it falls down... XD

Now this is the Master advicer saying this because I am expireienced I used to wake up at 4 or 3 am only to study, sleeping at 12 what did I do I used to eat apples 2 in the morning and if possible one more in the eveneing apple is one of the most important thing which helps you wake up early trust me try this for one week but remember this if you are sleeping for 2 hrs a day for example me i slept only 2 hrs during that time of exams so when exams were over I slept like a bear for few days to complete my sleep Like this as much as possible so that it may reach everyone .

Same problem here. That's why i prefer late night studying as i know tht i will turn off the alarm nd sleep again 😂🤣😅 but it is during winter . In summer I use to study in the early morning.

Or Ghar me chhutti manane kuch log aaye hai Jo padhne hi nhi dete..tabse raat ko alarm laga k soti hu..but ek cheez hai..agar subha jaldi uthna hai to dopahar me 1-1:30 hours ki neend to zaruri hai..tabhi neend poori hogi..I do the same..Khana kha k so jao dopahar ko

I will recommend a app to avoid this problem ALARMY. ! An alarm app, when it rings..v have to dissmiss it only by solving simple mathematics, or task to take the photos ets.. it wud b useful to you.. ☺️ Just try once then give the like😁

Ma'am i have a problem. I have to study till 10:30 and wake up at 3:45. But at 4 or 5 am i again go to sleep while studying. My exams are going on what should i do . I have to study from the mobile. Nobody is awake in my home at that time to make me some coffe or tea. I cant make it as i am 11 years old

As for the coffe or tea, making it is reeeealy simple man. After u wake up, try to wash you face and brush wid some minty toothpaste It really works! I’ve tried it For coffee just boil some milk and put some coffee powder and sugar nothing else man🤷🏻♀️

Me-wake up at 8 start studying at 9:00 am after 10 min am feeling sleepy and take a nap of 1 hour and then sit to study at 10:30am after 10 min again am sleepy then again i take a break and this process goes on and on... Till 11:00pm Hit like if you face this problem too...

Don't sleep during day Even I had this problem My mom would pour water on me and shout at me when my board exam was near But now it works So avoid sleeping during day even if you are sleepy If necessary take a short nap for 30-45 mins at 12:00pm
