I might be one that lives under a rock, but usually cause i dont have that much freedom to invest into this hobby, doesnt mean i dont enjoy it though. I find your videos very entertaining along with the hobby. Today i just found out about this second channel!! Not complaining as it gives me more content to enjoy. I was thinking, recently that the squidmar channel was slowing down quite a bit along with less miniature content....i understand, "progress" but glad to see more Lucas along side with Emil, they're my swedish version of cheech and chong, respectfully.

Love these tutorials! One request is to be more prescriptive, e.g. what nozzle size and PSI are you using with the airbrush? Thinning ratio for Game color in airbrush? Also, biggest challenge for me is achieving the right paint consistency - can you show your palette and/or how you are thinning the paint for different applications (glazing, highlighting, etc.)?

Where is the tutorial for the box art from the dark futures set? I just finished up the dwarf from the essentials set. With your instructions Wow the best paint job I’ve done so far. In my teens I painted minis in a local toy soldiers shop for one of my first jobs. How stupid was I to leave that job! Lol 30 some years later I’m back to painting and love it more now than ever. Love your videos and love these paint sets I bought all 3 and the squidmar infinity 2024. Working on the fantasy set ork witch Dr and looking for the elf tutorial from the dark futures set.

Great tutorial! Do you have any tutorial though showing how you make your (Vallejo) acrylic paints airbrushable? Like using thinner, flow improver retarder and all those things? I tried to find out online but got totally lost in the jungle of all these opinions out there...

Hey man, use the vallejo airbrush flow improver! Depending on the size needle/nozzle anr airpressure you might need to mix it differently

Thank you guys for all your work and continued effort to teach everyone whos interested!❤ Just a little note: it is really hard to follow Lukas in this video because off the "background" music: The volume jumps up and down depending on if Lukas is speaking or not. And it almost sounds like Lukas is interrupting the music or the other way around. It also is - at least for my ears - very hecktic and distracts from the visuals and Lukas' voice/narration. Especially because the songs vocals are heavily autotuned and chpped off. But again: thank you for your work!

I ordered all 3 sets + the pallete, I'd love to paint this mini, but unfortunately this one was missing from the box - I wouldn't mind as mistakes happen, but the customer experience is unfortunately absolutely unacceptable. I am being ghosted since over a month now. No replies, no info, no answers. Plain nothing. Love you guys and the content, the paints are great too - But I'll never order from Harder & Steenbeck again if this is what I can expect. Super disappointing as I am eyeing an Airbrush in the future. Keep up th good tutorials tho, they help a lot

Hey mate. We've seen this issue with a lot of people and we don't know why they arent receiving our emails. Its about a 3 day wait list on the H&S customer service, so you should have gotten a response and there's been multiple email updates about estimated shipping dates to everyone purchasing. Question about the first part, if I dont have an airbrush then to add the red do I need to glaze it in or drybrush?

You can layer it in as well. The most important part is the placement. Only place it in the direction of the lava glow.

Aren't they just collections of vallejo paints? All are available individually and he shows the paints he used

@@mouse7669 They might be more expensive if you order all of them seperately. Kits often have the better "money per bottle". The more you buy of something, the cheaper it becomes. But if you already have some of the paints (or equivalents from other manufacturers) you can probably save money by just buying the remaining ones.

You can get them separately, however some of the paints have an updated recipe to mix a little better with the other paints in the set. So depending on how often your store updates/sells out their stock their paints: It might be some months before all stores have the updated recipes. We don't make these sets just to make money, even if thats a nice bonus that helps us run the channel. The sets are also made to make peoples life easier to paint like us. So if you're just looking to get a few of the paints, go support your lgs. :)

Oh man you are so good thanx for the video's. Maybe you allready did but could you make a video about how to choose your colours for your mini. I'm just a beginner and when i watch to my black/grey mini i always struggle picking the right colours. I would really appreciate
