New level of respect, Ed has someone on the show to talk about something he knows he’s not great at himself. He’s more interested in growing and reaching people than he is his pride. 💥 mic drop ❤ thank you!

After being on vacation for 2 weeks and totally living in the present, I couldn't have come back to a better interview/conversation than this one! This is definitely a life changing conversation! The takeaways from here are huge: 5 sections: 1.Dwelling in the past 2.Rectify-present past-problem solving 3.present-experiencing the moment 4.Creating-future present(we need to be here) 5.Wishing The quality of your mind: Proactive state Reactive state Inactive state Magnetic state *Answers start coming to you without even asking any questions **sit in state of toggling between future present, proactive and magnetic! Everything is interconnected so we need to make wise choices and give value to everything we do. It all comes down to consistent sustainable self discipline every second of every day(compounding). We need to build a harmonious life by being super efficient with our time and making smart decisions. Harmony over hustle. In Judaism we say "until 120" which has always been my targeted age to reach in a healthy, happy and well functioning body. One of my friends just celebrated his 95 birthday in great health. He still does yoga everyday and goes folkdancing regularly. What a wonderful blessing! Needless to say he has a very positive attitude towards life. I wish us all to reach longevity in excellent shape ready to conquer the next day. Thanks Ed for all you do for the world and thanks Rob for your ingenius thoughts and blueprint to ultimate time management and maximizing happiness and harmony in our lives #MAXOUT from Israel

This can be carried over and listen to repeatedly. Two things stood out to me. First, rate everything you do on a scale so if you look at your calendar, overtime items can be quantifiable. This is the same as what it speaks of other than he calls it a thermostat. You can have a constant measurement to watch self improvement which in turn lens to motivation. Second, when it came to his relationship with his wife, it wasn’t just the one date night a week. There were multiple areas that time was focused to build a better relationship with his wife. Such wise information when divorce is constantly on the rise.

I really enjoyed this talk. The basic idea of finding the friction and finding a system to solve it is such a simple idea that of course needs to be implemented. What I didn’t hear in his four basic goals was a spiritual practice. That caused “friction “ for me. So, I guess the idea is to take away from his talk what works in my life. Anyone else feel that way?

This morning at 5 am I booked the day off because I just needed to so in order to rest my body (have a physical issue that has been causing increasing pain and discomfort) and later came to the thought I need to adjust my work week hours. My employer offered something that allows employees to create/gamify their own schedule within a very flexible parameter. Decided I need to have at least one full day off during the week and then decided I need not only the full day but the day before to be a half day. That makes more sense for my well being. Believe this not only allow for me to improve my health but then get to the point of focusing on life goals. Rob has tapped into something that I have/God has given me about business and know that it is very much applicable to all areas of life. 🤔😎 When I get things well sorted maybe Rob could be a guest or source for the example...lol

I am grateful for my angel bringing your wonderful podcast to me every Tuesday to help me learn and grow. Thanks Ed for bringing us such high quality, timeless, eye-opening podcasts into our life. What a brilliant optimized person Rob is! He shows us what the ideal version of ourselves is and how to use a time matrix to bring clarity, reduce fiction, harmony over hustle and to look every possible to drive to automation. Time indeed is the most valuable asset we have. If we can win the time, we can win the life. It really is an art to manage time to optimum level. Time makes us think about longevity. Ed, May God fulfil your wish to live beyond 128 for what you've done to humanity so more generations can benefit from your teaching and wisdom and to be inspired by your generous act to make the world a better place to live🥰

Wow 😲 this is great. This is the 2nd time watching this video. Ed you are by far my favorite host and your guests are incredible. Rob is one of my favorite guests you have had on. His management of time is so interesting 🤔 I am working to do the same and create a time matrix for myself. Also, it hit me hard when you said you pray to live to be 128 years old. I am a vet with PTSD, bad knee, back, and hip. I also am diabetic. I felt for years I would not likely live long. Listing to you and your guests I have a renewed since of life, and truly believe and pray that I will live to be over 100 years old. It was so cool to hear you say 128. I will see you there brother. Thank you for all you do.

MIND BLOWN!! So when were over capacity. its like a glass with, lets say water. At some point the water is gonna spill over, if the water is still being poured in. So that's your capacity, all you can take. But over time that glass can get bigger, going from like a 12oz to a 16.9oz, because you've learned things as time goes on.
