Why are there so many people who can't or barely cook online thinking people want to see their halfass creations. Making stuff a seven year-old can figure out without their help. Besides, I have no respect for anyone who doesn't shred their own melting cheeses. No, I don't want it nor need any of the celluose in my cheese as a non-binding agent. I'll just shred some fresh every couple days into a Tupperware bowl or whenever.

Why are there so many people who feel the need to comment useless, hateful comments on videos that are meant to help people. I personally have no respect for people who feel the need to comment like a 7 year old on somebody's informational video. Sadly these people do need help and hopefully also adult supervision while using sharp tools to play with their cheese.
