You can get a brownie silicone pan that will fit in the airfryer and it will hold the entire batter. They sell them on amazon.

You can also use mini spring form pans....Much easier to get the brownies out 👍🏽

You need to mix wet ingredients before the dry mix, sell containers to cook brownies in, but you are thinking

Put some parchment on the bottom of the ramakins and you could just take the brownie out and keep cooking with them
